I have ESET Remote Administrator (Server), Version 6.2.171.0 could not find this version

We have a problem with freezing servers 2008R2 and 2012. In era agent logs I can see error like this: 2015-10-06 19:53:49 Error: CEssConnectorModule [Thread 808]: Set policy failed: CNodcommChannel: Send request failed with 14, Command failed - Make sure that Agent runs with Administrator privileges.

I cannot activate my mobile phone using task from ERA server. Nothing happens. No data available in Executions tab. Era shows that my phone has connection. But nothing happened.

@wind-e, yes I have this same problem on Server 2012 R2 and the logs and dump file were sent to Eset from server 2012R2. Please wait 3-4 weeks to check if everything Is ok with your server. I reinstalled EFS 6 on one of my server and everything was fine for 3 weeks, after 3 weeks I had this same issue again.

Still waiting for any feedback. We have also problem with Windows Server 2012R2 and this hotfix is for Server2008r2.

I disabled real-time protection with no success, only uninstall works for me. I already created logs and dump file and sent it to polish eset support. Waiting for any feedback.

I cannot reproduce the issue. I already have setup Kernel memory dump on all of my servers but the dump is not created during this issue. I already removed the EFS from one of my server week ago and the server is still OK.

Hello I have a problem with servers 2008r2 which hang randomly after install EFS6. Some servers have version 6.0.12035 and some 6.0.12032 The servers response on a ping but I can not logon via RDP or open VMware console. When I was logged on the server when it hanged I could move the cursor clik on the start but could not open any software and could not reboot the server. Only hard reset works. Please can you help.

It is for testing and this file is EICAR Standard Anti-Virus Test file. Ii is compressed file: eicar.zip

Hello, When I copy the file to the server, the file is not scanned during this operation. I have EFS 6.0.12035, the Real-time file system protection is enabled. What must be done to ESET starts scanning the files.

I solved it. There are two different product policy. when I set up the second policy for Windows Antivirus is ok now.

I am able to change this settings on the client. I use this same ERA server and this same policy for the Eset File Security for the Windows Servers and there the policy is applied.

Eset endpoint 6.1.2222.1 and ERA 6. Updates setting are not applied for example: Update server is Autoselect, where the policy is setup for the server name.

the computer details Configuration ->Applied Policies shows that the configuration policy is applied and status is actual, but on the Computer where Eset Endpointantyvirus is installed there is no any changes in the configuration. There is default configuration. What can cause this problem.

Solved. Wrong version of application was installed

I have a problem with client activation from ERA server. The activation task failed. Please find the trace log. The activation computer name is: gli2-lp-0110. trace_activation.txt

So the problem is with the computers which are not connected directly to the internet but they should use the information about proxy server and credential which are configured in RAS server. When I used live installer the .bat file has all the information about proxy server and then it works. The gli2-dc-02 server can download and install it. But it is not a solution. I would like to use RAS agent install task rather then copy .bat file to all servers. The other thing is why it try to download Agent_x86.msi file. The server OS is 64bit.

I tried to deploy agent from ERA server. I created the server task and started it. It finished with status: FAILED. On the target computer I got error event id 7024 The ESET Remote Administrator - Remote Installer Service service terminated with service-specific error This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package.. From trace.log file I found this: 2015-03-13 14:07:36 Information: ConsoleApiModule [Thread 734]: 14677 Ignoring connection closed, unknown connection (probably different product type). I attached the log file from the ERA server. I have a lot of problem with installing agent from ERA server. It is here anybody who has problem with installing agent from ERA server. I wanted setup local repository on ERA 6 server, but I get error: Error: CRepositoryModule [Thread d4c]: GetFile: Object 'https://plgli2sm01/Repo//info.meta'not found. What is info.meta and how to create it. Thank you
