  1. More info about dynamic groups can be found in ESET Remote Administrator help.
  2. Dynamic group templates should look like this. First is for computers with "ESET Endpoint Security" installed but versions 0,1,2,3,4 and 5 Second is for computers without "ESET Endpoint Security" installed. See NOR operation. I recommend to move dynamic group with these templates undes Windows dynamic group and then create client tasks triggered by Join of these dynamic groups. Be aware that this client task will be triggered only and everytime dynamic group is joined. If computer is already in dynamic group and task is created, it will not be executed on computers that are already in this group.
  3. 1. If you want to change values directly in database it is strongly NOT recommended, You can destroy your whole database. Besides, this will work only for some time, because Agent will send new log with actual IP addresses, and override your change. 2. IP addresses are resolved by Agent. Server only shows, what Agent sent him. Agent gets this information by API in operating system, that will list all addresses of client machine.
  4. These time info is in UTC format. It is very close to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). For example, if agent is in GMT+1 timezone, UTC time in log is 1 hour behind local time. hxxp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coordinated_Universal_Time
  5. This is default value when installed with All-in-one installer on Windows Vista and newer. So your cached files should be in "C:\ProgramData\Apache HTTP Proxy\cache". Beware, ApachaHttpProxy uses its own proprietary format for cache, so it not very easy to tell what it is caching.
  6. jimwilsher is right, supported vesions of SQL Server are 2008 and newer
  7. Look in the config of ApacheHttpProxy httpd.conf for value of parameter CacheRoot. Value is path where files are cached.
  8. If you have some report you want to see frequently, you can add it to dashboards, and it will refresh for you automatically.
