Hansiiiiiiii

Hi, I am starting to have a thin green line around my browser ocasionally. I can understand it is related to ESET- Tried to disable the payment protection and then it became red. Is there any options to remove this pop, since it is driving me INSANE and I feel like I am under surveillance constantly . If not possible I would just uninstall it and then consider my money lost. Hope someone can help! Thanks in advance
