Thank you Marcos, it seems to have worked. I do get that these modules are important, but it is in our SOPs to give users the choice to enable or disable these modules. It is recommended, but not enforced.
Currently when I login to the ESET Protect Cloud management system I get notified about clients not having Email and Web protection active. Since company policy does not enforce to activate these modules, is there a way to disable "error" alerts for these clients because the modules are not active? The clients have ESET Endpoint security installed.
