How do I find when my subscription is up? There is nothing when I log in? I'm getting notices to renew, but i want to know when It's up.

I keep getting an alert that I'm not protected for theft, but when I go to my account it shows I am. Whats up? When I go to the anti theft page it shows a test always running, it never quits. Whats up?
