  1. Hi, thanks for your answer. You are right but that would change some other things and we don't like it. It would be so simple to keep the item in quarantine when using "restore to..." !
  2. Hello, When a email with attachments or a single attachment is quarantined, I cannot find a way to check the attachments as an administrator and be able to release it when it's a false positive. On a quarantined email with attachments, the only available options are Release and Delete, so I cannot check the content. On a quarantined attachment, the option "Restore to" is also available, so I can check the content but then the attachment is removed from the quarantine and if it is a false positive I cannot release it anymore ! To be clear, I would like to be able to export the attachments, check them in details, and when it's determined as false positive release them. This is the way that my previous antispam (VadeRetro) was working and I think it's a better experience for users and administrators. Version in use : 10.1.10014 Thanks in advance for you comments if there is a way to achieve that. Regards.
  3. Hello, Today the new build is still neither installed nor detected. Is its automatic installation supposed to happen or do I always have to plan a manual installation for each update? Thanks. Thomas
  4. Hello, The installed version is 8.0.10019.0, version 8.0.10020.0 is available on the website but when I ask Mail Security to check for updates it finds nothing. We are using the program for 8 months, I already had to manually update previously. I would understand that for major updates but I consider minor updates should be installed that way. What's the expected operation mode for updates ? Thanks. Thomas
  5. Hello, I had another case yesterday, the rule matched but the message was anyway put in quarantine. As there is no action like 'deliver the message' in rules, it seems that the usual phishing detection process applies after the rule. So my problem is not solved yet. Thanks.
  6. Thanks a lot, I'll try that. This is a special case, my fw sends mail alerts and when the alert is relative to a phishing url the mail is logically quarantined by Mail Security, so I think we can't consider it as a standard FP. Th.
  7. Hello, It looks like "Approved senders lists" in "Filtering and verification" is not used by antiphishing, how can I whitelist some mails by being filtered by antiphishing component ? Thanks.
  8. Hello, Thanks for your answer. In the meanwhile I did a small test: when I copy the url and change manually to https before pasting it in my browser it actually works ! So we should just be able to change the url in report mails ? Thanks.
  9. Hello, I wonder if there is a way to use https to release items directly from mail quarantine reports ? Port 80 is not open on the Internet so users are not able to use this facility when they are outside. Thanks.
