Noting new Rapid Response Module increment changes: Rapid Response module: 3366 (20131128) I don't understand what the last reply to my query is supposed to really mean. Some bits elude that the new module is reputation based ? if so to what end ? Against a blacklist and whitelist at ESET's Virus labs, I would assume.

I am unable to use any board functionality with IE 11, many are reporting the same issues replying to or creating new posts. Fortunately I use Mozilla Firefox in addition to IE 11. This may be one the reasons why there is not as much board views or traffic as was expected. Also: there is a distinct lack of information as to how to use the board features. These were promised a good while ago but not posted. That may be why some still wish ESET support was still at Wilders.

It would appear we have two active threads and I prefer the answer here.

The Ask Toolbar cannot be removed by conventional methods. The ESET Team would have to assist you in doing this.

Export your settings. Manually uninstall your software. Install a fresh copy and post back your findings.

If ESMS is giving you issues, uninstall it.
