Can anyone confirm this is resolved in version 7.2.14.0 as they've not bothered to release patch notes for it.

It sounds like a re-introduction of this issue; However disabling call filtering doesn't seem to resolve the issue. I have reinstalled the app this morning with only AV enabled and nothing else and it appears to be behaving until you enable the other features then the ring volume reduces to zero again.

confirmed here as well, i have had to remove is as I was missing vital work related calls. I'm pretty annoyed to be honest as I have reset my phone thinking it was something wrong with it only for it to occur again as soon as I installed ESET
