I do understand that ERA 5.x has reached end of life. Does this mean that updating to a newer version will fix the issue? We are using windows server 2012 r2 for eset remote administration 5.1. And windows 7 for the eea. Which version should we upgrade this to, to resolve this issue.

Hi guys, Facing an issue with ESET 5.3.39.0 remote administrator console. When trying to hit the update now button it says authorization_failed. I can confirm that its got an active license which was renewed recently but its unable to update. This is on a windows server 2012 R2 Also on the same server I'm unable to do a module update " error message modules update failed " check your network connection and try updating modules again" i have cleared the update cache but still the same issue. Does any ports or IP's need to be whitelisted on the firewall Been pulling my hair out all day
