  1. Mine did exactly the same thing. I even spent 50 minutes on the phone with ESET support on Friday evening to try and find a way forward, but seemed to make no progress. I restarted my iMac this morning to try and resolve a browser issue and lo and behold CSPro appeared asking for a security key. The support guy did mention that the had had a few instances of the installation seemingly failing, only for it to start working on reboot.
  2. I am having similar issues. Tried an update and that din't work, so uninstalled and reinstalled. That didn't work either. I am getting teh same 'The Installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance.' error message as John.
