I used the uninstaller utility to remove smart security v8 in safe mode. there was a warning regarding network connection that I didn' fully read.
then I reinstalled smart security and it works fine BUT the problems are:
1: after I turn on PC, it takes 2 minutes or so for my network router to be recogonized by window and I can use internet.
2:when I try connectong to a L2tp connection that I used before, I get Error 651.
I reinstalling my motherboard LAN chip but nothing changed.
I use windows7 x64.
