  1. The "legacy" file on the download page currently installs the 12.2.23 version -- however, it is also important for us to know why some users prefer or need a previous version, so we can account for those scenarios in our technical support and help documentation. Can you @Hijin25 let us know why you want to use 12.2.23?
  2. It's not you...we are transitioning our product release communications currently for all products but once the process is finalized, we'll resume posting.
  3. The most detailed information is available in the Online Help (user guide): https://help.eset.com/password_manager/1/en-US/ And other ESET Knowledgebase articles are linked in the FAQ: https://support.eset.com/kb6181/
  4. The ESET Knowledgebase is transitioning to a new backend system and during the transition the default ESET KB search will open a sitesearch on Google.
  5. I found this topic in Online Help: https://help.eset.com/eca/en-US/admin_dg.html
  6. We do have this content available "If you have not upgraded to Windows 1903 and you would like to prevent Windows from updating" https://support.eset.com/kb7309/#noupgradeyet
  7. The notarization is different than the kext issue. The Gatekeeper item "gives users more confidence that the software has been checked by Apple for malicious components. See official Apple documentation for what that means: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/security/notarizing_your_app_before_distribution

  11. Yes. When a known issue is added to the Knowledgebase that means it is a known issue that our developers are working on.
  12. This item has been added to the Known Issue Knowledgebase article for ESMC, thanks @avielc https://support.eset.com/kb6927/#ESMC
  13. Release date: November 15, 2018 ESET Security Management Center (ESMC) version 7.0.72 has been released and is available to install. ESMC does not support ERA Proxy The ESET Remote Administrator version (ERA) 6.x Proxy component is discontinued in ESET Security Management Center 7. Do not upgrade ERA Agents before a proper proxy solution is set up. Visit the following Knowledgebase article and carefully follow the instructions to ensure connection compatibility: Migrate from ERA Proxy (Windows) to Apache HTTP Proxy in ESMC 7 For descriptions of the new features, comprehensive changelog and frequently asked questions about upgrading, see What's new in ESET Security Management Center. Figure 1 Support Resources Online Help (user guides): ESMC Installation/Upgrade contains content for the installation process, upgrade procedures and using the migration tool. Virtual Appliance Deployment contains content for deploying ESMC in a virtualized environment. 14. Are you using the latest version of ESET, version 6.6.300 was released to support macOS Mojave: https://support.eset.com/news7021/
  15. We published more content regarding what is released in home products: https://www.eset.com/us/about/newsroom/corporate-blog/whats-the-latest-in-esets-antivirus-windows-security-solutions/
  16. Each download page /UK, /int, /us can (and usually are) different because they are managed by each region. For the offline installers, we try to keep them easily accessible on the Knowledgebase: https://support.eset.com/kb2885/
  17. Thanks for clarifying, I talk often with the product owners about what to include in changelogs and we'll have another discussion after this release using this feedback.
  18. Clean install isn't necessarily recommended. The Knowledgebase article is written for the 80/20 users that either find the KB because they are having a problem or that tech support directs users to -- performing the in-product upgrade is perfectly fine and works all the time. If you were to have a tech support agent do it for you and you didn't have any saved configs or anything, as Tom said, it's 6-half-dozen and doing it either way is acceptable. You can use the method described here to update/upgrade to latest version: https://support.eset.com/kb758/#version
  19. What discrepancy do you mean cyberhash, just that we only list 4 changelog items and not more of the "under the hood" ones? Where do you view changelog information and what do you expect to see there? (I ask because I am one of those responsible for compiling and publishing the changelogs)
  20. Regarding galaxy's questions about what is "released" with this version, all ESET users should be aware of the *new* update/release model for our products, where we continually push significant changes through uPcu/PCU/module updates throughout the year. This way, you don't have to wait for a yearly, major release to get all the new capabilities/functionalities. I tried to explain this in the Knowledgebase here: https://support.eset.com/kb2256/ And again here: https://www.eset.com/us/about/newsroom/corporate-blog/system-update-headaches-eset-is-the-cure/ Fer
  21. And in the future, we keep offline installers linked here: https://support.eset.com/kb2885/
  22. When ESMC released, the ESET Knowledgebase team published content to help users install, deploy, and manage using ESMC. We always take suggestions for new or improved content. Currently, we have two playlists on our ESETKnowledgebase YouTube channel for version 7 and enterprise products: Version 7 Business products: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLHxeNUYCjBXK05lEmQKMwpCqm32gnXWbH Version 7 Windows endpoint products: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLHxeNUYCjBXLfu7uqd-cxFCFcoLnXU1XU Along with the help.eset.com links above, we also have what we call a "Welcome Package" for ESMC, which is a scenario-based installation guide, but we are always looking for feedback on additional scenarios to include: https://support.eset.com/setupesmc/
  23. See the other thread on the CompuTrace topic:
  24. As MichalJ stated, a fixed has been pushed through. If you are still seeing the incorrect color-coding, running a license synchronization in the ERA should resolve it.
