  1. After rereading the error message, I realized all I had to do was log in and re-enter my license key.
  2. I suddenly have started getting an error message saying my Anti-Theft coverage has expired, but the license has two years to go. When I started a search for the device, ESET can't find it; the program just keeps running. The device is not missing, and I don't know enough about this program to understand what I am supposed to do.
  3. I have the latest version of RealPlayer, which is supposed to allow me to download certain videos, but RealPlayer always gives me an error message telling me I'm not online -- which is crazy, because I'm already online viewing the video. Is ESET blocking RealPlayer's attempts to log in to my account? Thanks.
