Hi, Unfortunately, I've also been experiencing the same 'surfing freezes' issues (with 3 different browsers) with version 6.0.14. Just talked to tech support and they gave me 6.0.13, but reading further above, it appears that version had the problem as well. Btw, this was also accompanied with my mail accounts being offline as well in my mail client. Uninstalling CyberSecurity fixes the issue every time.
