  5. Hello, Our MRL team already knows and is working on this issue, thank you for your report. We'll let you know with any findings. In the meantime, since EMS cannot disable applications (at least not currently), we recommend one of the following options: 1) If app cannot be uninstalled (like pre-installed software) or wouldn't like to contact device vendor or operator then we recommend to disable application (if supported by phone). To do this, enter phone settings -> Apps (or Application Manager) -> All applications -> Locate and select/open application -> Disable (or uninstall updates, then disable). That will make the application inactive (the icon will also disappear from menu). 2) Whitelist application via EMS so that is not report it. Thanks!
  6. Hello Brett, Just to confirm, we've identified the culprit and instructions for KB article SOLN2683 will be updated accordingly. It ended up to be an issue with path defined in ‘era_http_server.xml’ and had to be changed from "C:\Program Files\..." (2003 Server) to "C:\Program Files (x86)\..." (2012 R2 Server). Again, thank you for reporting this.
  7. Hello Staj, Some additional information is necessary from your environment to continue troubleshooting your issue. I've sent you a PM with more details. I'll wait for your response. Thank you!
  8. I'm afraid there is no way in current version to create such rule. Also, based on the information I have, it might be difficult to analyze mail for a language reliably. Sorry for any inconvenience.
  9. Hello and welcome to forum Currently, in spamcatcher.conf configuration file, it is possible to use the 'home_language_list' setting where you can define languages that are the most used in your email messages. Please refer to page 20 of our product manual for additional information. Hope this helps.
