  1. Anyway, I'm trying other attempts to fix the issue: for example I restored Windows Firewall to default settings, then I used this guide: goo.gl/kDBO20 (sorry I'm not able to post links properly, I don't know why) and it seems that everything is working fine again. I really hope this isn't temporary like other times I managed to resolve this. So the problem could really be Internet Explorer 11?? Being IE11 integrated in Windows System, I guess, causing problems to other browsers? Even Windows Update is not working when https page are impossible to open, maybe is correlated I'll let you know if the problem is completely disappeared or if it will persist.
  2. Here is the log. It was obvious, but I didn't notice that Forum Eset is in https, and I can open it. Really strange. EDIT: as suggested by rugk I deleted log, will send it in PM in case. Thank you rugk
  3. Sorry but I uninstalled Eset so I cannot check it. Anyway yes, the browser stays black without any message at all, very very strange. I had selected like the picture, but I tried in many many ways change that setting page: like "do not scan.." or disabling last entry. And nothing, of course applying the settings and then rebooting machine. What? Well, I know this is crazy, but that's the way things went. Obviously it could mean that my machine had (or has) a problem at system level, but I've done so many tries with Eset (clean installs etc.) that I'm giving it up. I'm considering formatting the pc, I don't know.
  4. No error messages about certificates. I'm using Internet Explorer 11. Date and time of system are ok.
  5. Hello there, Since I installed Eset Antivirus 8 (beta too), systematically after 2 days of usage I couldn't open any https website! Seriously, I tried everything: settings within Eset (like protocol filtering etc.) or not, nothing! The only thing that worked was using "SFC /SCANNOW" command, but again after 2 days https website became just a mirage. Uninstalled Eset, everything came back to normal, perfectly working. What is the problem? With version 7 (and before) never a single problem, I cannot complain about that: do I have to install v7 once again?? Thanks in advance and sorry for my English mistakes.
