  1. 7 users all received the attached notice concerning a a URL block. 5 users were on a promotion site that belongs to us. 1 was not. 6 on win7, one win10. All run outlook 2013. these are what is common among them. but, eset reports the dns to the site as different then what all web searches show. yes, perhaps a quick hijack. but, what threw it off is one user was not on the same site as the others. I did DNS look ups immediately on these as they happened. The site IP shown gets 6/X on virustotal. If i go to each individual and pull up logs this "notification" does not show.. MY MYSTERY I run eset Remote Admin. 5.5. I have NEVER been able to get logs for Firewall to show info even with logging at "all". But, even on the "threat" these notifications for these users do not show. Client are Eset Endpoint Antivirus. 5.5. P.S. thanks Eset for always alerting me to ask toolbar but continuing to allow install. The V12group was purchased my V12Data, a data and markenting machine.
  2. I a bit taken back. I have Eset 5.2, endpoint, and security. We have had lost pc, broken pc, and exchagned pcs. I then find that the only way to free up the license count or seats (business license of 200), is to 1. run remote install, with remove eset. 2. remove eset from local machine. That turns out cannot be done to some that are gone. It may have been nice to know this before hand that ERA 5.2 and earlier did not have that abiility, and that simply deleting the pc was not the same...
  3. I have Eset file and eset endpoint, managed by ERA 5.2. Seems ver 6 has "delete license". Do i free up seats by deleting computers from the console or must i delete the app from the pc then the console (which is quite a headache to get to at times). ? we are implementing new pcs for excisting users. Installing Eset on the new pcs.
  4. is there a way, here, on the Eset site, to find out your total licensing count is at? Not all installs were pointing the the ERA. We have quite a few mobile and stand a lone installs that were done with endpoint, and file security for server. A number of other hands were involved with the installs and a count was not recorded..
  5. We have acquired a company where clients and server have eset already installed. currently they update from internet. is there a way to change them in mass to use the remote admin for all updates and reporting?
