how do i open a support ticket?

I use windows remote desktop to connect from home. I have been using it for a year or two. NO issues, I used it last night and when I came to work today there is a message popping up occasionally which says " this compuer is being ctorlled by a remote application... " I know my computer at home is switched off so its not that computer. What is going on here, this seems like a serious concern.
