  1. There is something wrong in my account,I got the 1 star free trial period by sharing referral link before.After this,I uninstalled eset smart security because of the bad settings of firewall,and then I re-install and logged on to my account with changed password, but it asked me to provide license key and the process cannot pass,this is so strange. What's the matter with my account? I recently registered anti-theft with the same email address as before. Is the current situation related to it?

  4. I got some troubles with firewall(It's fixed now) and I uninstalled Eset Smart security before. I forgot my password to logon to my Eset Smart Security Premium account. I’ve attempted to reset the password several times, but I never receive the ‘reset password’ email in order to do so. I’ve checked my Spam and Junk Mail folders and they aren’t showing up there either. Please send the ‘reset password’ link to the email provided with this message, which corresponds to the email address on the account.
