Can you add this procedure to your Help, FAQ and Guide ?
I had to install a new ERAServer on a Debian 10 recently, and after changing the default ports on my WebConsole and restarting the Server, I couldn't manage to connect on it anymore.
Login failed: Connection has failed with state 'Not connected'
I found the solution :
I had to edit this file :
# vim /var/lib/tomcat/webapps/era/WEB-INF/classes/sk/eset/era/g2webconsole/server/modules/config/EraWebServerConfig.properties
and change the server_port= to get access to my WebConsole again.
(Of course, I needed to restart Tomcat service too)
