Hello, we want to Upgrade our ESMC 7.x on our Windows Server 2012 R2 to ESET PROTECT 8.x Unfortunately it fails with the Error 1603. We have just recently installed Amazon Corretto 11 in order to be able to run the ESET PROTECT All-in-One installer. Unfortunately the installation keeps failing right at the beginning when trying to install the first module "ESET PROTECT Server". I can also provide the logs. Any help is appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Ah okay I see; we don't have a password set for the settings, but we see the padlock icon besides those two settings. So it is assumable that we have some policies set which cause these restrictions?

Hello, we have the following issue with one of our clients: even though we are admins with admin rights/access, we can't access the HIPS settings. We only have read access to them. Same goes for application protocol content filtering. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
