    Hello, since 12-14-2022 we have had synchronization problems in Eset Protect. I can't get a more detailed description of the error from the logs. We use the MSP portal but also 2 business accounts.     I was at the 10GB limit of the MS SQL Express version. I upgraded the edition from Express to Enterprise and now I have no problem.

    First we could only generate Japanese install packages for weeks, which were also in Japanese after the installation. After waiting a bit for the new update and not getting errors again, I wanted to upgrade to version 10.0.14.0 today. A typical 1603 error is displayed at the end of the setup, also the question whether I want to uninstall everything after the faulty update... If you look at the log, he cannot end the services.
