  1. Hi Marcos. Is this the number you are looking for? 3AN-BR8-B4R - I only have linux, and have been running Eset for linux. - You provided me a user name and password for my linux installation on June 22nd because of a password problem with linux installations. I still have that message. - The update message I received from Eset reads: Your ESET NOD32 Antivirus for Linux Desktop product has reached it’s end of life. We have upgraded you to ESET's latest solution, ESET PROTECT Essential On-Prem. However the expiration is 6/27/21
  2. Same problem. I was provided with a license that expired 6/27/2021 rather than 2022. Thank you in advance for any help
  3. Same story. Purchased product and received user name but no password. Thanks for any assistance. Too bad you can't just default the license key or license ID to be the password for legacy products. Jim
  4. I post in case this helps another user. I was only successful in installing the program through the terminal using sudo. I did make the install file executable beforehand. So open the directory with the install file in the terminal. Then "sudo ./eset_nod32av_64bit_en.linux" Other methods like double click or right click run in konsole resulted in errors and the install failing to run.
