I renewed my internet security to begin 1-11-24 and it was supposed to be changed to home security essential. Will this be installed by a update or do I have to download it and reinstall? Thanks

ESET Support emailed me this reply to the question: Thank you for contacting ESET North America Technical Support. You should see the option to enable/disable real time protection via the toggle switch. If you do not see that, reinstalling the ESET application might resolve your issue.

The enable option for real time protection in eset mobile security no longer has a on-off slider switch, rather it now shows 2 selectable options: download folders and disable. Is that the way it is supposed to be now rather than having the slider switch ?

Smart optimization never affected having in depth scan selected before, why did it change with the new version?

OK I know smart scan was done by the number of files scanned. I reverted to default and it did in depth scan. If you enable enable smart optimization it goes back to doing a smart scan if indepth is selected. Deselect smart optimization and it will do an in depth scan.

After last version update I can not run a in depth scan manually or by scheduled scan. It runs a smart scan only.
