Trojan Virus on Mac Outlook not removed

Real time scan keeps on deleting it every 2 minutes. I did upgrade ESET to Big Sur just now and it seems to be gone.

The following virus is only deleted but not removed: JS/TrojanDownloader.Iframe.NKE Any suggestions why the software only deletes it every 2 minutes and not remove/detain it ?
