Good morning ESET Support!
I have a problem that i couldn't solve.
Tell them that within my ESET console I have managed about 200 mobile devices with android, these were enrroling up a months ago. Later, more recent versions of the application were released.
When I try to update the version of the Endpoint, the task sends an error and does not complete on the devices.
If I go to the task Executions section, then to the task history. I don't see any detail of the detailed error.
The devices that have the latest version are devices that I have registered as a new customer.
Is there any other way or procedure to update devices remotely to the latest version?
