  1. Hello, Do I am the only one having kernel panic with ESET ? I'm about to drop the product as there's no solution and looks like no one cares.
  2. Hello Marcos, Do you know what a Kernel panic is ? Do you understand that ESET Log Collector will crash with the computer and no report will be made ?
  3. I guess the only solution is to cancel my ESET subscription and uninstall the product. Thanks for the support.
  4. Hello Marcos, Thanks for your help. Yes I'm running Endpoint 6.10.460.1 Unfortunately High Sierra 10.13.x is the definitive last Mac OS version for my late 2011 Macbook. Fully upgraded still works like a charm except this issue. Best regards

Dear ESET Support Team, Since a few weeks, I got an issue on my Macbook Pro, on MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6 While streaming to Airplay, my computer froze and I got a kernel panic, with the following report. It looks like nothing changed around the Airplay service and the OS has not been updated recently. Is there some exclusion or rules that I can make to prevent this from happening ? Do you see something interesting on the report ? Best regards Agaufres
