The Auto-lock feature is not supported on Android 10 due to major changes in the OS. However, we plan to revamp it and make it work even with the latest version of Android.

Ok damn.. I feel dumb now.. I saw that gear icon when starting a user defined scan, but didn't when creating a scheduled one...

14.2.19.0 is the latest. it was released today. the support article wasn't updated yet it seems.
download the latest nod32 update from here. download the live installer by clicking download for windows or click advanced download on the right and download the desired 32 or 64 bit version for the  computer you want to install it to.

Thanks for the helping out and it works. Why can't ESET do this on its own instead of its user had to go through this ? One of the features I love in ESET AV is its exceptional Web Filtering capability and if it doesn't work as consistently across usage scenarios then its a turn off.

Sounds to me like ESET's failover was manual and not automatic, and software clients aren't smart enough to retry before throwing an error. I bet rebooting the affected machines or perhaps simply recycling their network adapters will magically "resolve" the issue at least some of the time. The clients will be forced to reconnect, and they should reconnect to functional servers in so doing.

I'm not still having issues, but this makes me wonder why issues in one DC would affect customers to this extent. Redundancy? Does ESET understand that it's embarrassing and annoying to be giving a presentation and have a goofy alert pop up, and then to waste time interpreting the alert?
I've only been using the product for a matter of days. Is this a frequent thing?

I'm getting a similar message on some of my endpoint security deployments except it says "web control not fully functional because of a license problem".  The warnings come and go but it notifies the users each time so it's very annoying. It would be nice to get some sort of confirmation from ESET's end that they are having server issues so I don't waste my time trying to diagnose an issue I can't fix

It just started working for me, finally. I think someone fixed something behind the scenes.

Hallo, I have the same problem today. Eset Internet Security 14.0.22.0.

i can confirm the list is also empty on my side as well. also no error messages on the Log about connectivity.
