Unable to deploy Endpoint to Client (MacOs)

Managed to get the into the logs status. And found that the 'connection failed'. I already change the hostname to ipaddress and result still the same . -
Hi all, Need help on how to deploy/install Endpoint to client MacOs. Agent has been installed but from the ESMC I cannot see the client/computer name. thank you
