  1. No, I don't think so. I bought two licences earlier this week, and I did not encounter any sync problems. Just follow the link provied by itman and make sure that you have completely removed any previously installed anti-malware software.
  2. Thanks for your reply, itman. So it's probably wise to use my trial licence for the time being before I decide to buy a paid ESET licence.
  3. Quick question. If I buy a licence for my Android device today, will I lose the remaining days of my trial period or will these days be added to my new licence? Thanks in advance for your help.

Apart from that, I do think ESET developers won't find it difficult to reproduce this server-related issue. I just wanted to let you know about this smtp server issue.
