  1. Hello, is it possible to set auto activation of an endpoint license when creating an installer? Where is that option? Thanks, jcy
  2. Michael, thanks for the instructions. After I entered my incumbent license key (per step 2) I saw my current endpoints show up in the EBA, but after setting up the EPC instance (per step 3) I saw another line appear under licensing management and, it looks like the current endpoints have to be migrated to the new license? I was not able to divine how to do that from the url in your initial reply for migration. Would you please send the link for the task to accomplish this? The public ID for the license is: License/Public ID: 33B-3V7-PTR
  3. Michael, thanks for your reply, but I am very confused now, I thought I had purchased the Cloud solution? Is "Entry" not a cloud based solution? Here is the line item from my invoice:
  4. Hopefully the migration will be transparent to the end users as they are tax professionals who will be busy through the end of this month. Thanks, jcy
  5. resolved with https://support.eset.com/en/kb6760-cannot-connect-to-the-web-console-after-linux-mysql-update-eset-remote-administrator-6x
  6. Applied the odbinst.ini fix and it did not resolve: [MySQL ODBC 5.3 Unicode Driver] Driver=/usr/lib64/libmyodbc8a.so UsageCount=1
  7. server/agent version 7.2.2233 Unable to log in through browser, ssh login is fine. How do I troubleshoot or update?
