  1. Hello, I'd like to report a intermittent issue with the app since switching phones. Not sure if this is the best place to do so but hey ho. Sometimes the faceID will constantly prompt, accept, going into the app and then prompt again. The cycle continues until the app is killed. Normally on the next attempt it will work correctly. Please let me know if I can provide any more information. Best, Cookson

  3. Hello, we are experiencing this issue across the business too. Today I disabled the Outlook add in for ESET via Setup > Advanced Set up > Web and email > email client protection > email clients > Turning off "Enable email protection by client plugins". After doing this a restart of Outlook is required. Since doing this the user has reported no crashes. I will start taking ESET logs now using the instructions above, thank you.
  4. Thanks for confirming this, seems like whenever we get up to date a new version drops. Was a little suspicious at first .
