Yes, I verified the charges. On Nov 16, I see two charges from ESET WWW.ESET.COM on my credit card history. However, I cannot determine for what machine the renewal applies. My wife's laptop also runs ESET NOD32. -
Why does License Manager show 2 ESET NOD32 Antivirus products activated on the same PC? Should I de-activate the one showing as not connected? Did I get charged twice for renewal? I noticed two charges to ESET on the same day. If so, how do I rectify this overcharge?
