  1. More clients have required Azure Code Signing, How can we fix it without installing manual directly on clients one by one?

Dear ESET Support, I have an issue with eset endpoint security can't install on Windows 10 version 1803 with Error code 1603 Azure Code Signing, As I checked on Microsoft https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/topic/kb5022661-windows-support-for-the-azure-code-signing-program-4b505a31-fa1e-4ea6-85dd-6630229e8ef4 is have only windows 10 version 1809 and 1607, and I tried to install KB 5005625 and KB 5006669 but also error not applicable, So I still can't install eset. Please help check my attached file for more details,
  3. Now I reinstalled with version 10.1 we can access the internet normally, but we don't see the Program file or open ESET interface.
  4. Yes, I have tried pausing the ESET firewall with policy cause the client not have an interface, but I still can't access the internet
  5. Thanks for your reply, Now I have been uninstalled and version 10.1, I can access the internet but it's still a lost eset interface on the clients. If you require more information, please let me know ees_logs.zip

Dear ESET Support Team, I have an issue with ESET Endpoint version 11, after the update, I can't access the internet with all browsers and lost the interface eset endpoint on the client PC, I tried to uninstall and install version 10.1, I can access the internet but it's still a lost eset interface on the clients, as I checked it's also a lost eset folder on Program File and Program Data, but services eset is still running Please check my attached for more detail 3d2d0d8d_72e0_4d95_9164_4785f5bec712_era_diagnostic_logs_2023_12.zip
  7. Dear ESET Support, As my experience, we can backup and restore eset protect management with database, But I do with manually and just when it problem or moves to a new server, So the eset has the schedule backup all configure or db with an auto-schedule like daily or weekly?

Dear ESET technical support, I have issues with Eset Internet Security can't activate it, I checked the internet connection, and other computers on the same network can act as normal, I also fixed it with remove from safe mode and reinstalling it again but it is not the best way. How can I fix it? It appears the Error cone: ECP.4125 Please kindly check my attach file for more info.

  16. Hello ESET team, I have a problem with ESET endpoint security for mobile, My mobile has factory reset or remove ESET on the device, then I remove the device on ESET Protect and EBA account also, but It's always back shown on ESET Protect again. I try to remove more time. How can I remove it?
  17. thanks for your response, I already to run task but failed, But I have used LANSWEEPER tool may you know, So I can run the command client. So did have the command to uninstall Agent?

Hi, We need to update ESET Agent to new version but we can't to repairs mean need to uninstall old agent first then install new and our agent have protect password, I already to try run task to uninstall but failed all and we have client may be 2k so can't to uninstall manually one by one. We have the tool for run command to client, What the command can uninstall agent that have protect password or have the any sulotion.

Hello, I have update ESET to new version 9.1, After update will require restart but when client shutdown computer and startup the computer ESET still require, I know if I run task reboot form Management or run command Shutdown/r on client will disappear. But I don't need to do that, need just client shutdown and then stratup pc. Do you have any solution?

  22. When I apply some policy to ESET Endpoint Security for Mobile Android it's need Device Owner Mode But we need all policy for MDM. I don't know for device owner mode, How can apply Device owner mode to android??
  23. Example: ESET Client has detected some file or threat, ESET Management Center will see the detection but Statues it's not clean Because the ESET client not sure file this is a virus or not. So when the client meets the same file or threat it's still detected and still not clean, So I want the ESET Client auto clean file that meet last time although unknown or not sure, mean I don't want client have this file or threat.
  24. On-demand scan it's still detected but not clean because ESET client not sure.
