Dear, I am setting up an MS WK19 server for SMC, for users who are working in the office the information is updated, but I have users who do not go to the office and do not have a VPN connection either. How do I have those users / computers synchronized with the SMC? I know that I would have to open a port in the Firewall, but how do I configure the agent to point to that IP, if the configuration that I get is the hostname of the server, example contoso.local Greetings.
