Hi Chindanai, try to uncheck and check again checkbox "Log Into Domain" on logon screen, before you click "LOG IN". It works for me and there is no need to clear browser cache

Mobile find error after MDM upgrade

I have a problem when I try to get a location of any of my mobile phones after MDM upgrade to v. 7.2.5216.0. I always get "Lat: 0°0′0″ N, Long: 0°0′0″ E" coordinates. In log file /var/log/eset/RemoteAdministrator/MDMCore/trace.log I get the following error when mobile responds to task: 2020-09-11 18:37:50 W [140574329919232] Received results for an unknown command ESMC server restart didn't help. Has anyone experienced similar behavior? Is it a bug in MDM v. 7.2.5216.0?
