I am an administrator of the website, but i am not sure when this threat was detected exactly. I don't have log collector installed. Do you think a restart may make this disappear? do you think deleting the file is going to cause problems, or is this unlikely?

Hello, I have this box appear continually, saying a threat is found, and my pc won't let me delete the file. can I please have some help on how to remove this? Thanks!
