  1. I have a user who just reported the same: ESET Proxy GUI Private
  2. Things were looking good an hour ago but now I have 20% of my endpoints reporting the EPNS service is unreachable again
  3. ESET PROTECT console: Products should not be marked as outdated until the next product's auto-upgrade is released. Let's refer to this existing post: My ESET PROTECT console dashboard's Component Version Status is lit up in red (Legacy) despite being properly configured for automatic upgrades/updates and all of the clients being on EEA v9.0/9.1. The endpoints' status should remain in a blue "Waiting" status for any supported versions until the auto-upgrade is released.
  4. I would like to see more columns/details available in the Component Version Status report and Installed ESET Applications report. Particularly, I believe the Last Connected date field would be useful in these report drill-downs. It's f field that seems to be available in most other dashboard element reports. Thank you.
  5. [KB3078] describes files/paths that are automatically excluded for Windows Server and Microsoft technologies such as SQL, IIS, Exchange, etc. Reading through the KB article, I found that the SQL exclusions specifically designate files and paths on the C drive. As a matter of practice, we install all our sql instances on volumes other than C I reached out to support who confirmed that the exclusions only apply to files/paths on the c:\ drive. I would like for the C drive designation to be replaced with a wildcard designation for the automatic exclusions. At this time, I'm singularly focused on the exclusions for SQL Server, but I'm sure that admins of other technologies (Exchange for sure) could benefit from a similar volume wildcard replacement. Thanks for considering my request!
