Hi, around 10 days ago I received a pair of emails informing me that my email had been changed on my my.eset.com account (No confirmation - just changed) I spoke to someone via the web widget who suggested creating a new account and adding my license to that which of course didn't work. I submmited a support ticket 9 days ago, got an automated confirmation but haven't heard a thing since. How can get my account and in particular: control of my license back?
