ESET FIle Security for Exchange 2013 Server

Can you install ESET File Security on Exchange 2013 server ? we are aware there is ESET mail security product is available due to the budget we are planning to install ESET File Secuirty to enable basic protection to the OS/Server. Would this have any impact on Microsoft Exchange operation/data store/mail database, etc ?
