So what you're saying is if the client is set to get its updates from a local server rather than directly from Eset, then it won't prompt the users for license renewal. Let me tackle that and see how it comes out.
For the license itself, it has not expired and the new license is on order, but has not yet arrived. In the meantime a couple hundred users are getting notifications saying "hey, um, just in case you didn't know already, I'm about to expire in a couple of weeks. Don't forget about me! Please..." Then those users, bless their souls, call, email, and stop me in the hall to let me know, just in case the fifty people before them haven't already done so. I just love the opportunity to get additional interaction with the users so we can spend more quality time together.
