  1. I have had about it with eset and I simply want to remove it from my computer. Version 13.2.15.0 has been nothing but a headache. I cannot get beyond the initial bootup process. As soon as the eset bootup (start) scan starts, my computer freezes. I have spent about 8 hours and numerous reboots to try and get to something that can stop the startup scan but to no avail. I need help to remove your product from by pc. The technical assistance portal is also not user friendly. As soon as you get into it, it changes away from English and that is where I get stuck. Tell me how to stop the startup scan so that I can get into my computer and remove your product. I will also remove it from my other two devices.
