Two-Factor Authentication setup

Thanks. It wasn't loading properly on Google Chrome. So I tired Microsoft Edge and managed to login successfully. -
I enabled the two-factor authentication during registering but when i login again it says to wait for the two-factor authentication setup but it still loads the login page again. Please help!
