Is there a resolution for this issue. I am having the same problem. Email notifications work great, but all variables in the emails show up as %variable% instead of the variable value. Rule Name: %RULE_NAME% Description: %RULE_DESCRIPTION% Priority: %PRIORITY% Regards, Kevin
