  1. Hello. I've found the culprit. Once I start Firefox with addons disabled, ESET ask to redirect to Banking & Payment Protection. "HTTPS Everywhere" addon is what causing the problem.
  2. Firefox, and all of them. I've even uninstalled using ESET uninstaller, and reinstall it normally. Still same. Actually, the internetbanking is set to "always ask" but rather than asking, it always redirected to that help.eset site. There is a warning. See log it says, after I ran ESET Log Collector. eis_logs.zip
  3. Hello. I've followed https://help.eset.com/eis/14/en-US/how_resolve_bp_browser_error.html?issue=00110103. I cleared the cache, disable Banking & Payment, restart and re-enable it and it still won't redirect. What do I do?
  4. Hello. Please add 2FA feature on my.eset.com. Thanks.
  5. Sorry, it actually loaded but took almost forever to complete.
  6. Thanks for replying. But no, it still won't load.
  7. www.ovagames.com is detected as containing a threat but it is always fine to download from that site before. Only recently ESET detected that site. Is it okay if I whitelist this site?
  8. Sorry, I finally realized that ESET prompts for password (fingerprint, in my case) when opening the app lock. But, it requires some time for ESET to re-prompt the password so it still susceptible to be bypassed if the phone was used by someone shortly after app lock was opened.
  9. Hello. This is ridiculous. I can lock apps with ESET Mobile Security's app lock, yet everyone can undo the lock without any password. How to fix this?
  10. Yes, and no. It still won't open in another browser. License is the only menu that won't load.
  11. I have logged in but that page won't load. What do I do?
