I recently had to reformat and reinstall windows 10. When I tried reinstalling ESET and got to t he point where the old antivirus must be uninstalled, I of course used the uninstall program recommended by ESET for Macafee. It started and froze. I then tried the ESET uninstall program, but had the same problem. I submitted a support request and got the reply to use the recommended uninstall program, which I had done. Since I was not able to install ESET, I decided to install another antivirus program - Malawarebytes Premium, just to be safe.
What do you recommend to do at this point?

I am unable to remove the Password Manger page that opens whenever I log in to any ESET procedure. It asks for my email and password. I had activated this by mistake when I installed ESET. What do you recommend?
