So if they do not change retro-actively what could be the cause. They have checked in recently and some of them have updated but not all of them. I just deleted the clients and waited for them to check back in. Computer and Client name now match.

I have clients connected with Client Name that doesn't match Computer Name. If I set "Enable Computer Name Renaming" to Yes in the Advanced section of server configuration will renaming a PC update the Client Name? Edit: Would this be retro-active as clients check back in or will I have to delete clients from RAC and they'll update as they check in?
