  1. It's from the SBS Console. From the first screen, you click on Security. Then, on the Security screen, you click on "View summary of spyware and malware protection.
  2. Also, I noticed today that the module is now updated to 1562.3 on all the computers I checked. Both computers that are showing as being up-to-date, as well as computers that are showing they are not up-to-date.
  3. The only computers generating the error are the ones with 1562.1. That's why we thought the module version has something to do with the warning. Computers with 1561 do not cause the warning. Under "My profile," the "Update type" is set to "Regular update," not "Pre-release update." Is this the setting you are referring to? ESET is not installed on the SBS server at all. It is only on workstation computers. ESET has never been on the server and we never got these warnings before, so I don't see how that would have anything to do with it.
  4. We have several computers running ESET Internet Security. Some of the computers have Antivirus and antispyware scanner module 1561. Others have 1562.1. In our SBS 2011 server, SBS Monitoring is showing a warning for the computers with 1562.1. It says "ESET Security | The spyware and other malware protection is either not enabled or not up to date." We also use Spiceworks to monitor our systems, and it also shows a similar message for computers with 1562.1. However, ESET itself shows that it is working and properly updated. We're not sure why some computers have 1561, while others have 1562.1. Is there anything we can do to correct this issue? Thanks, Rick
