MAJOR problem!! While attempting to install the program I found the disk contained data and links to commercial company dealing in fluids components, nothing related to computer security! However, the activation key was apparently valid. The eset customer care agent was able to access my computer, verify the bogus eset disk and download the appropriate security program. There was no apparent hostile program on the bogus disk, however, I temporally lost internet connection after accessing the bogus disk. My main concern is quality control by allowing a disk containing unknown data/programs being marketed as their "Smart Security" program?!?!
I have retained the bogus disk and related packaging while awaiting a formal response from eset.
