I have setup Patental controls on my sons’ laptops (Windows 10) but even though I allowed specific sites we cannot access anything at all in the internet. I have tried on both MS Edge and Firefox, the browser makes no difference. I have to disable the Parental controls to restore internet access. It blocks everything on both the parental account and the child account. Please help.
